GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may update the “Conditions” and any aspect of the service from time to time, and it is your responsibility to check before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you are unhappy with the terms and conditions listed below, you will not be able to order any products from this website. If you have any queries relating to these conditions, you should contact our Customer Service number on 0800 0016 999 before placing your order.

The services are operated by South Coast Medics Ambulance services unit 6 Lindford business park, Chase road, Linford GU350FE

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

You must be eighteen years old to use this site and to book or request any of our services.

You warrant that all details you provide to www.southcoatmedics.co.uk

You agree that e-mail you submit can be used as a method of communicating with you.

Access to the services is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide through the site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason any of the services are unavailable at any time for any period.

When using our online request service all fields maked with * are mandatory and must be compleated, All the information you provide must be correct and to the best of your knowledge. South Coast Medics reserve the right to withdraw from any requested services if the information is found to be false.

Anyone caught entering a false name or known invalid details will have their details passed onto the Police.

South Coast Medics reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:

You fail to make payment to us when due and stated on the invoice
You breach any of South Coast Medics terms and conditions
When requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you or your identity.
We suspect you have engaged. Or are about to engage, or have a way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on www.southcoatmedics.co.uk.

Indemnity

You agree to reimburse us for any reasonable and foreseeable losses, costs and expenses that we incur as a result of a breach of these Conditions caused either by yourself or by someone that you have permitted to use on behalf of South Coast Medics.

Cancelling and Payment

You are entitled to cancel the service of South coast Medics within 24 hours notice of your event or medical facilities. Failure to cancel the service of South Coast medics will result in being charged the full price of the journey or event.

The procedures for cancellation are detailed below:

If you have not already committed to using our service and are cancelling 24 hours before the service of South Coast Medics is provided there will be no charge for your services.

If you are already committed and are cancelling with less than 24 hours notice or on the day of our service being provided South Coast Medics reserve the right to charge you the full fee for our services and there will be an immediate payment unless otherwise pre-agreed.

You will be liable to any charges of cheques that are returned to South Coast medics and a £15 Admin fee will be additional to the bank charge.

South Coast Medics reserve the right to add late payment charges to outstanding invoices that have not been paid within the agreed time. Invoices that are not paid within the agreed time printed on the invoices may be subject to a late payment fee of £75 per week outside the agreed period of time.

Banks Staff and Sub Contractors: When invoicing South Coast Medics all Terms and conditions must be applied and or agreed with South Coast Medics accounts. These can be applied to the invoice on submission, Please add on all T&C's Including, Cancellation, late payment, Overrun if a set day rate to the invoice, If these Terms and conditions of the bank staff or subcontractor are not added or have been given in writing to South coast Medics, They will not be honoured.

Privacy

Any information provided by you is confidential and South Coast Medics will not pass on your personal telephone number, email address or payment details to any third party although you agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate fraud checks.

We will never ask you for personal details via email. Should you receive an email with this information please contact our team on 08000016999 and we can inform the relevant services of fraudulent activity on South coast medics account.

Liability

We reserve the right to withdraw any services from our website at any time and/or change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed services.

We may modify these Conditions at any time by posting the Conditions on our website. You may cancel your contract with us if you reasonably consider that you have been disadvantaged by any change we may make to these conditions.

If an error is discovered in the price that has been quoted, we will inform you as soon as possible. If you have already paid for the service we have provided and the price is found to have been miscalculated you will be refunded the overpaid amount within 30 working business days from that date of payment received.

We have taken all reasonable measures to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.

We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements and South coast Medics is not responsible for errors, omissions or interruptions of service on this website or that defects will be corrected, or that the site or server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

We shall exercise reasonable skill and care in providing the goods to you in accordance with these Conditions however any liability we have to you of any kind is limited to the charges paid by you in the twelve-month period prior to the event causing the liability.

We will not be liable for any loss of goodwill or reputation or for economic losses in connection with the provisions of any matter under the conditions.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content on the Website are owned by South Coast Medics. Any access or use of the Website for any reason other than your personal, non-commercial use is prohibited and we do enforce any infringements of this policy.

No part of the Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or Website without our prior written permission from the director of South Coast Medics.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is the property of South Coast Medics which has been made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may be download such material and content on to only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited.

You acknowledge that in agreeing to these Conditions that you have not relied on any other statement, representation or assurance other than as expressly set out in the Conditions.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud.

These terms and conditions do not affect your rights under the law. If you require any advice or assistance we would suggest you contact your local branch of the citizens’ advice bureau who should be able to help.

Law

This agreement is governed by English Law. Each of us agrees to only bring legal actions about this agreement in a UK court.
